Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your access to and use of this Site. By visiting or using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any guidelines or restrictions we may make available for specific sections or services, all of which we have incorporated herein by reference.

Customs Mylar Bag reserves the right to change or modify the Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You need to check these Terms of Use each time you access the Site.

Trademarks and Copyrights

You are solely responsible for the use of any Content you provide, especially when it is combined with images, text, graphics, or any other material incorporated into your products.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You will not use or incorporate any image, design, style, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work belonging to a third party without first obtaining the necessary permission.
  • Your products do not and will not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, or publicity.
  • Your products will not defame or harm the reputation of any person or entity.
  • You have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions required to use any third-party materials in your designs.

When you book an order with us, you grant us full rights and authority to complete the order. You authorize Customs Mylar Bag to produce your products accordingly.

Content from Customers

You are solely responsible for any Content you create, upload, or transmit through this Site, including but not limited to data, text, graphics, images, and messages. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

You further agree not to upload, post, or transmit any Content that is:

  • Unlawful, offensive, indecent, or inappropriate.
  • In violation of intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or privacy rights of Customs, Mylar Bag, or any third party.
  • False, misleading, or harmful to others.

Customs Mylar Bag does not control or actively monitor Content posted by customers and cannot guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Under no circumstances shall Customs Mylar Bag be held liable for any Content you encounter that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password, and you accept full responsibility for all purchases and activities made through your account. If you, or anyone with access to your account, places an order, you grant Customs Mylar Bag a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works of the Content as necessary to fulfill orders, store designs, or process print requests.

Customs Mylar Bag reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. Content may also be preserved and disclosed if required by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  1. Comply with legal processes.
  2. Enforce these Terms of Service.
  3. Respond to claims of rights violations by third parties.
  4. Protect the rights, property, or safety of Customs Mylar Bag, its users, and the public.

Design Files

Customs Mylar Bag provides design files only at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you require high-resolution design files, please contact sales@customsmylarbag.com for a custom quote.

Customer Submitted Artwork

All artwork, designs, and images submitted by customers must be in CMYK format and at least 300 DPI. Custom Mylar Bag is not responsible for any color changes that may occur during conversions from RGB to CMYK. Additionally, we are not liable for any images that appear fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided files.

Proofing and Approval

For every print job, customer approval is required on the final design and the approved job specification sheet. After an order is placed, we will send proofs of your artwork and the job specification sheet via email. 

It will be the customer’s responsibility to review all information in the proof and specification sheet, including delivery deadlines, production times, design layout, spelling, and overall accuracy. The customer should print the proof at 100% scale to confirm proof positioning, text, and design features. Once a proof has been approved and sent to production, it will be printed precisely as approved.

Customs Mylar Bag is not responsible 

  • For design or spelling mistakes that the customer did not identify.
  • For any requirement that the customer did not note in the approved job specification sheet.

Color Matching

Customs Mylar Bag accepts no liability for color matching or ink density accuracy on proof screen prints. Proof screen prints are to confirm the layout, accuracy of text, proportions of images, and placement of design; they are not intended to predict color density or what the final output will look like. 

We will do our best to match colors, even gradients in duo-tone prints, as closely as possible, and we understand ink color and density are subjective; final colors will vary due to the limitations of printing, lamination processes, and coating then canvas; properties of different print surfaces and other variables.

If precise color accuracy is critical, we strongly recommend ordering a hardcopy proof (available for an additional fee). Without a hardcopy proof, we cannot guarantee exact color reproduction.

Materials

Please note that the card or paper materials used to print our products are not food-grade. Let us know in advance if you need food-grade materials. 

Customer Responsibility for Layout Approval

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the layout and design prior to printing. Customs Mylar Bag is not responsible for errors in printed products caused by:

  • Incorrect graphics orientation or placement
  • Font usage issues
  • Punctuation, spelling, or grammatical errors
  • Incorrect or missing die cuts, slits, or folds
  • Final product size variations
  • Color accuracy without a hardcopy proof

We reproduce colors from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, within industry standards of up to 90% match accuracy.

Indemnity

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and defend Customs Mylar Bag, as well as all parties from whom we license content, including their directors, officers, and employees, against any harm or financial loss caused by:

  1. Your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or
  2. Any claim related to text, images, graphics, or other materials you supplied that were not part of our standard site content.

Order Cancellation, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Cancellation of Orders 

Customs Mylar Bag only allows cancellations of orders before printing and shipping. Once a package has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Orders can be canceled at different production stages, but there will be cancellation fees. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any fees you will incur. 

Cancellation Stages and Fees 

  1. Stage One: Order Made Online
  • You will incur a cancellation fee of $15 and 5% of the total order value if you cancel at this stage. This fee covers costs for payment processing and design review.
  1. Stage Two: Design Review in Progress 
  • You will incur cancellation fees at this stage as the design department has begun working on the project, which is a minimum of 20% of the total order value.
  1. Stage Three: Sent to Print 
  • You can attempt to cancel, but you cannot guarantee it. If your item is canceled, you will be charged a minimum of 50% of the total order value. 
  1. Stage Four: Shipped 
  • Once your package is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Design Orders

Payments for design-related services are non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed.

Restrictions & Refunds

Because each order is custom-made, all sales are final.

  • If Customs Mylar Bag makes an error in text or design, we will correct or reprint the product on your next order.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued.

Reprints

  • Customers must report defects, damages, or missing items within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Claims made after 3 business days will not be accepted.
  • To qualify for a replacement, customers must return at least 99% of the defective items within 10 business days, at their own expense.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Customs Mylar Bag.
  • Rush/expedited processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Order Shipment & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Service (10–14 business days)
    • Free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
    • Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Priority Service (8 business days, guaranteed)
    • Free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
    • Guaranteed delivery within 8 business days after proof approval.
  • Express Service (6 business days or less, guaranteed)
    • Free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
    • Guaranteed delivery within 6 business days after proof approval.

Important: Final proof approval must be received before 11:00 AM EST. Otherwise, one additional business day will be added to production/shipping time.

Customs Mylar Bag will make every effort to meet delivery deadlines, but is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Technical issues
  • Equipment failure
  • Weather conditions
  • Shipping company delays
  • International customs clearance
  • Any circumstance beyond our control

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, fees, and import clearances for shipments outside the U.S. and Canada.

Holidays

We observe the following holidays when shipping and production will be delayed:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & the following day
  • Christmas Eve (December 24)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers must inspect their packages at delivery and report any damage, missing items, or discrepancies within 3 business days.

  • Claims not filed within this time frame will not be honored.
  • Once your order ships, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the delivery company.
  • Orders may include extra pieces at no additional cost. Printing industry standards allow for a ±5% variation in quantity. If exact quantities are required, please order at least 10% more than needed.
  • Additional handling/shipping charges apply if a package must be reshipped due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The site and its materials are offered “as-is”, without any warranties of any sort whatsoever, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

Neither we nor any other party guarantees the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site. Any references or hyperlinks to third-party services are provided “as-is”, without warranty or endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Customs Mylar Bag, or its licensors, suppliers, employees, or affiliates be liable for:

  • Special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, use, or profits
  • Service interrupts, delays, or failures
  • Unauthorized or inappropriate use of the site

Your maximum liability to us is strictly limited to the value of the products or services you ordered.
